No, direct billing is not available at this time. As a small business, Zoe is not able to take on the responsibility of direct billing. Payment is due at the time of services rendered. All payment methods are accepted, and a fully detailed receipt will be provided for reimbursement by Extended health benefit plans or for income tax purposes.
No, a Physician’s referral is not required. However, some Extended Health Benefit plans do require a referral to reimburse you for Physiotherapy. We recommend that you check with your plan provider directly.
