What is Vestibular Rehabilitation?

Vestibular Physiotherapy is effective in helping those experiencing vertigo, dizziness and imbalance related to a multitude of conditions.

Vestibular conditions that may cause these symptoms include:

  • Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo
  • Vestibular Neuritis
  • Labyrinthitis
  • Ramsey Hunt Syndrome
  • Acoustic neuroma
  • Labrythine Concussion
  • Vestibular Migraine
  • Meniere’s Disease
  • Secondary Endolymph Hydrops
  • Superior Canal Dehiscence
  • Mal De Debarquement

Your Vestibular Physiotherapist will complete a thorough assessment and determine which specific treatment maneuvers or carefully prescribed vestibular exercises are indicated and if further assessment is required.
