Prior to assessment, financial arrangements can be discussed, patients will be responsible for full payment when services are rendered.
McKelvie Physiotherapy provides direct billing for various insurance plans:
- Canada Life
- Desjardins
- Greenshield
- Sun Life
- Telus Health
If your provider is not on this list please call us to confirm what we can accommodate.
A doctor’s referral is not required, however, your EHB may require a physician’s referral to reimburse for physiotherapy services.
Services are not funded by OHIP.
An official receipt will be provided.

- Debit
- Cash, cheque (made payable to “McKelvie Physiotherapy and Vestibular Rehabilitation”)
- E-Transfer (info@mckelviephysiotherapy.com).
- WSIB Insurance.
- Motor vehicle accident insurance
