Prior to assessment, financial arrangements can be discussed. Clients will be responsible for full payment when services are rendered. McKelvie Physiotherapy does not provide direct billing and is not responsible for the management or tracking of extended health benefits (EHB).

A doctors referral is not required, however, your EHB may require a physician’s referral to reimburse for physiotherapy services. Services are not funded by OHIP.

An official receipt will be provided so that clients can submit for reimbursement with their EHB provider or for tax purposes. Forms of payment accepted: Credit/Debit, Cash, cheque (made payable to “McKelvie Physiotherapy and Vestibular Rehabilitation”) or etransfer (info@mckelviephysiotherapy.com).
